After Spring Break...

(Still catching up a bit...)

After Spring Break we found ourselves a new home!  We are excited to finally get more settled here in Utah.  We have been searching for a home to buy ever since we knew we'd be moving here (August)  and finally found one!  This is it.  We have loved our house and neighborhood that we live in right now, but sadly knew that we were renting it and would eventually move.  We have made some great friends on our street and ward and know we will still see them often!  We'll start moving again on June 20th.  Luckily we have a lot of things still packed from our move before!!  We're excited for this next adventure of ours.

After Spring Break we started another season of baseball! Camden plays for the Braves - now using a pitching machine! He was really nervous at first to hit off of the machine but quickly figured it out and has become quite a good hitter! He played catcher a few times and decided he doesn't really like playing that position because of the fast machine! So he prefers second base which is where he mostly plays now.

Blake plays t-ball. His team is the Volcanoes. Here are some pictures from his first game. He didn't have his team shirt yet...more pictures to come! T-ball is so fun to watch. These little guys just dog pile the ball and hope they end up with it! Blake is always so focused out there. He really keeps interested in the game for a long time. When most of the boys were playing with the grass or running off the field, he stayed in a 'baseball ready' pose with his hands on his knees ready for the ball. Too cute!

Camden is helping out here on first base. Will is the assistant coach, and Camden got to help a little on the field too, when he wanted to. I just love this picture.

After Spring Break Camden used some of his money that was in his bank account in California for a lego project! He built this all by himself! He is really getting good with legos!

After Spring Break we went to a Bees game with our friends the Bergstroms. We love going to Bees games. They have a great stadium, fun family activities, and they are affiliated with the Angels! So, we get a bit of California right here in Utah!

After Spring Break Will had a morning off from work so we decided to have a "Happy Day" - a fun special day, just because.

Will made a menu for breakfast. The kids could choose whatever they wanted-and he made it for them. We had a fun morning. Will walked Camden to school too.

After Spring Break Camden went on a field trip to a local aquarium! (I had no idea we could find sting rays, jelly fish and octopus in Utah!!) It was fun to see him having a great time with his new friends here. He really has adjusted well to moving during the middle of the school year. He is so good at making friends instantly.
